Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Truuvox LLC ("Truuvox", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company. They cover our websites and every Truuvox product, including Abloom Lawn. The first part applies to all of them. The Products part near the end adds terms for each product. By creating an account or using a product, you agree to these terms. If you use a product for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you have the authority to do so.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.

1. Who can use our products

Our products are for businesses. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You're responsible for the people you invite to your account and for what happens under it, so keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

2. Your data

You own the information you put into our products or let them read from software you connect, including information about your customers. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only as needed to provide the products to you, keep them secure and follow the law. You're responsible for having the right to use that information, including any consent your customers must give, and for following the laws that apply to how you use it.

3. Software you connect

Some products work with other software you use, such as a field service management account. When you connect it, you authorize us to read from it and, when you approve a change, write that change back to it. That software is provided by another company under its own terms. We're not responsible for it, and that company doesn't provide or support our products. If it changes or stops working, parts of our products may stop working too.

4. Plans, billing and cancelling

5. New features

We improve our products often. New features ship through the season, and plans get them as they roll out. We don't promise any particular feature or date, so please choose a plan for what it does today. If we remove a major feature from a paid plan, we'll tell you first.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or security stops us.

7. Text message terms

Some products send text messages. These terms apply to every Truuvox text message program.

If your business sends texts to its customers through our products, you agree to get each customer's consent before turning texts on for them, and their separate express written consent before sending them offers or other marketing. You agree to follow the laws and carrier rules that apply to text messages, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and to honor every opt-out. You're responsible for the content and timing of messages sent for your business.

8. Our products

We own our products, including their software, designs and names. These terms give you the right to use them while your account is open. They don't give you any ownership. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we must close by law. If we stop offering a product, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a pro rated refund for any time you've paid for and can't use. After an account closes, we delete its information as our Privacy policy describes.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to make our products reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We don't promise the products will be uninterrupted or error free. Forecasts, reviews, reports, suggestions and alerts are tools to help you decide. They can be wrong or late, and decisions about your business stay with you.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Truuvox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about our products or these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

12. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Truuvox because of your data, the messages your business sends, or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting a legal claim, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem first. Any legal claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll tell account owners by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using our products after that means you accept the new terms.

15. Other terms

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer these terms without our written permission. We can transfer them if Truuvox is merged or sold. These terms, with the Privacy policy and any product terms below, are the whole agreement between us about our products.

16. Products

Each product below follows everything above. This part adds terms for each product.
